When you arrive
Call us from the gate if the patient needs help from the vehicle. If you use a wheelchair or crutches, tell us when booking so that the visit is planned around it.
What to bring
The discharge slip, any X rays, a list of medicines, your usual footwear, and shorts or loose clothing. Bring your old leg if you have one.
