How we work

Six commitments that apply to every patient

A free first assessment

With no obligation to order. You leave with a recommendation, a price range and a home programme.

A test socket, always

No final socket is made until a clear test socket has been tried and corrected on your stump.

A written, itemised quotation

Every part named by type, maker and model, with what is included and how long the price is held.

Training as part of the leg

An agreed number of gait training sessions comes with every new leg.

One prosthetist throughout

The person who assesses you takes the cast, fits the socket, sets the alignment and sees you at follow up.

Reachable at any hour

Calls and WhatsApp are answered 24/7, from Karachi, from the provinces and from abroad.

Our limits

What we will not do

  • We will not cast a stump that has not healed, however far you have travelled.
  • We will not skip the test socket to deliver faster.
  • We will not sell a frail person a costly knee that they cannot use safely.
  • We will not present a used or refurbished part as new.
  • We will not publish patient stories, ratings or photographs that are not real and given with permission.
  • We will not tell you a leg is the answer when a wheelchair and good transfers would serve you better.
  • We will not treat infections or prescribe medicines. Those belong to your doctor, and we will send you to them.
